Alison has been instrumental in elevating diversity and inclusion to a strategic priority at her firm and has driven a cultural change that has delivered results internally and which has been recognised by the broader business community.

Nickolaos Nousis – Senior Advisor, NSW Public Service Commission

Nickolaos joined the NSW Government from the Commonwealth Public Service in 2015. Nickolaos manages whole of government, candidate centric talent acquisition programs with a particular focus on using inclusive recruitment practices, in order to attract and retain a diverse range of candidates.  Nickolaos has been involved with the NSW Government Graduate Program since 2016 and has recently managed the launch of the NSW Government’s first ever virtual internship program, which aims to increase the pipeline of early talent into NSW Government.

Lesley Richardson-Winfer – IT & HR Professional, Untapped

Lesley is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in service delivery and 6 years delivering neurodiverse employment programs. Lesley is an HR professional with responsibility for supporting all neurodiverse employees at Untapped with the assistance of neurodiversity consultants. Lesley works closely with Untapped executive leaders to review and deliver assessment centres on behalf of clients to place neurodiverse individuals into the workplace.

Matthew Ryan, Manager, Westpac

Mathew works at Westpac in the area of Operational Risk. Prior to working at Westpac, he spent over 3 years at PwC primarily working in Assurance. Having been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome over 10 years ago, Matthew became more aware of the significant impact that advocates in the diversity & inclusion space can have in increasing the professional success of people with disability. Amongst other things, this passion led to him previously holding the Sydney Co-Lead of Ability@PwC – a PwC network aimed at supporting disability inclusion – and participating in events for people with disability.

Ben Harrison – TBM Analyst, ANZ

Ben studied Commerce (Accounting and Finance) at Swinburne University, graduating in 2012. He works as a TBM Analyst in ANZ, and has been working there for almost 18 months. He is also an Apptio Recognised TBM Analyst. He was diagnosed with the autistic spectrum condition that was at the time referred to as Asperger’s Syndrome in high school, as well as ADHD some years after that.
