It’s the end of the day! I wrap up whatever I am working on and tidy my desk so it is clean for the next day. I have a quick catch-up with my supervisor and team members before I am off to the train station, but somehow I manage a quick elevator selfie because why not?

Mat Norman graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Finance & Management) from Deakin University in 2018 and is now a broker support officer at Future Insure.

Each day is different for an Application Support Engineer, typically I will start off by looking at any urgent incidents that need my attention, or follow-up from clients or vendors.

Now I have my presentation in one of the project rooms... The presentation went well, and my team also gave feedback on key areas I did well and improvements for next time. Overall, it was a good experience.
