Pathways to Tertiary is an online series, open to all secondary education students who have access requirements due to disability and/or chronic health condition. The aim of Pathways to Tertiary is to provide students with information on the various pathways and available supports to assist with a successful transition from secondary education into tertiary education. There are also specifically tailored sessions for parents/guardians, carers and educators.

This free event is open to ALL secondary education students with disability and/or chronic health condition throughout Australia, there are also specifically tailored sessions for parents/guardians and educators.
All our presentations have been made accessible for Deaf and hard of hearing participants. Live remote captioning is provided as well as Auslan interpreters. Kindly view the tips for captioning and Auslan interpreter before joining the sessions.
