Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
My situation was a little unique starting as a graduate and a few internal moves between roles, but I felt the onboarding process with regards to training for systems etc. would have been useful.

Training programmes are extensive and there is opportunities to do a couple of external short courses per year if there is a skill you want to pick up.

There is always an opportunity to develop my skills. I did a presentations course which I really enjoyed.

I was only really formally trained when I joined the sales team. When I joined as a graduate there was little onboarding or formal training. Even when transitioning back from sales to marketing, I didn't really have any formal training, mostly learning on the job (which is sometimes the best way to learn, although tricky).

All my learning has been on the job. Some more soft-skill and professional skills related development is a must for young graduates but there hasn't been much.

Largely informal on the job training to get you up to speed. Managers have reached out to discuss opportunities for formal training. Managers and colleagues are always willing to reach out and support.

The training and development programs are very good and the company places high value on empowering and educating it's employees.
