My tips would be to save the companys number in your phone so that if they call you ack it doesnt catch you by surprise. I would also recommend arriving at the Assessment center early so that you arent flustered when you arrive.

To understand if you will be a good fit, you should have an idea of what you want out of the experience and what qualities you're looking for in an employer. Be able to explain clearly what you can offer and also what Sanofi can offer you.

Sanofi Values honesty and sincerity - be genuine and honest about your level of skill, willingness to learn and every aspect of who you are.

Candidates should definitely spend time preparing and coming up with the examples of when they have risen to the occasion and exuded strong interpersonal qualities. Overall though, don't necessarily try to impress anyone, be yourself, and ask questions in the interview.
