8.9 rating for Culture, based on 9 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
My business unit has a great team culture. The group generally likes to have a few drinks when we're all together. It can be a little top-down and sometimes lack of communication with decisions made.

Culture is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and inclusive. In-office hours they all work very strongly as a team and support each other to get the work done. The managers are very helpful and want to help you grow and develop. Outside of work hours, a lot of the teams are very social and will have monthly drinks and organise events such as Obstacle races and runs.

My team has a great culture, there is also a lot of flexibility. There are also a few members in my team who I socialise with outside of work, which is very nice.

Great flexible work arrangements - work from home and ability to fit personal stuff in when needed. Good team that like to socialise.

Business unit silo structure Flexible working hours Limited cooperation between business units Low level on socialising amongst colleagues especially after hours Older workforce makes it a bit challenging for new graduates

Sanofi has a fantastic culture both inside and outside of office hours. Although typical managerial hierarchy exists, everybody is friendly, cooperative and generally works together towards shared goals. 10/10

Corporate culture focused on personal development as well as stretching outside your comfort zone. Generally lots of cooperation and swapping of ideas. Very friendly and supportive coworkers that have helped adjust to the steep initial learning curve that a new job always brings. The structure is a traditional hierarchical system - grads have a direct report who in-turn has their own direct report.

Sanofi Australia culture is very inclusive and embracive. Sanofi rewards and encourages open-mindness and willingness to question and dare to explore innovative/new ways of working.

My colleagues are amazing and as a young graduate I feel there is much to learn from them, both in work and life. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help you out. The company structure is a little complicated for someone who is new to business, but once you understand it it's quite easy to navigate.
