I think relatively Newmont does quite well with this but, in my department, this is really good, although I understand in different areas of the mine this is not the case. I think as a company the effort is there, but individuals can have some not great ideologies

Very good. I think we are pretty much 50/50 women and men in 2022 GP. There also are woman's pizza nights on site to ensure you won't feel isolated. Good diversity in ethnic and LGBT wise too, for example, there are engineers in my team from different countries. Take myself as an example, I'm Asian and queer and I haven't felt uncomfortable working here because of those "labels", or unfair in recruitment process.
