Great collaboration amongst the team, inclusion after hours and in the workplace is great. There are a few interactions with individuals where conflict could be avoided. But all part of the challenge of working different thinking people. Great support by supervisor and superintendent.
Commitment to diversity is good across these areas. Retention and promotion needs more work but this is across the whole of the mining industry. Need to see more females in supervisor/manager roles
