Aidan Ryan

I would recommend looking online for some common interview questions and practicing some answers to these questions. ..I believe the best approach is to remain calm, relaxed and be honest.

What's your name and job title? What did you study?

My name is Aidan Ryan. I am a Solicitor and I studied Law at University of Canterbury.

How did you get to your current job position and for how long have you occupied it?

I was lucky enough to be offered a summer clerkship starting in November 2019. I then did a 6-week clerkship in the Litigation team before Christmas and after Christmas another 6-week stint in the Building and Construction team. At the end of my clerkship, I was fortunate enough to be offered a full-time job with the Building and Construction team in Christchurch. Following this, I had to complete my professional course and get admitted to the bar before I could officially call myself a Solicitor.
