Being an Intern at John Holland is a great opportunity to kick start your career and apply what you’ve learnt at university to the real working environment. It’s an exciting opportunity to gain insight into what it is like working for John Holland and start developing your technical and soft skills. 

We are looking for university students majoring in the below disciplines:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Environmental Science
  • Sustainability  

Our Internship Program

We offer our interns a structured program, which includes:

  • 12 weeks of practical work experience
  • Ongoing support by a manager and mentor
  • Formal learning and development programs
  • Networking opportunities across a diverse project-based business 
  • Support for you to shape your career. It is what you make of it so, Make It Yours! 

To be eligible for this role you will be:

  • Available to commence on 29 November 2021
  • Majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Environment and Sustainability
  • Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Based in Sydney
