Culture is amazing here. Very diverse and inclusive with great company values.

Everyone is helpful, chill and jokes around in office. They will chat around what each other do during break or weekend and provide goo suggestions on trips or events going on.

Lacking due to cuts made and additional pressures added to employees.

Not a slot of social activities outside of work, unless you set it up yourself. Not a lot of social/fun during work hours either. It is very head down, and focus. Except for the one a month big team meeting which rarely has food provided. The people are very nice and friendly and it's a chill environment. No issues talking casually to people more senior than you

It's ok. People are supportive. My particular team is quite dispersed a lot of the time so there's a real challenge there in bringing people together and building camaraderie. People are generally quite stressed and there's no shortage of complaining.

There is no real expectation to work long hours. Working extra hours comes from individual dedication. After hours office culture isn't really a thing, quite a big age gap between graduates and other employees which may contribute to this. Communication across the hierarchy is fluid and easy. Teamwork is strong.
