From what I've seen, there are many events to promote inclusiveness, many clubs/initiatives, and plenty of programs to help parents and other groups.

Many internal groups that are dedicated to diversity and constantly strive to improve. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged. Encouraged to be yourself.

Recently the diversity & inclusion groups at CBA have been a big letdown. Cut of funding and head(s) of D&I have resulted in a subpar inclusion group experience in my opinion.

I have been part of my companies LGBT+ network and have helped organize events through 2019 that have been open to staff and the general public to attend and learn about the nuances of the LGBT+ community such as intersectionality, bias, relationships, families and rights.

The company is very diverse and takes it commitment to diversity very seriously. There are amazing cultural events for the major holidays of different cultures.

The company says there is a focus on diversity, but I don't really see it reflected in the workplace. In development teams, there is definitely only a small minority of women, and not much ethnic diversity (mostly Indian & Asian). However, there are official groups within the company who support diversity (one for each 'type'). I can't speak for the issues mentioned in the question though.

There are several internal groups that focus on individual areas such as gender diversity, LGBT, older employees etc. Maternity is 6 months paid leave and up to 6 months unpaid leave. Pat leave is 2 months.
