They do have an employee engagement group that includes a 'Green team' looking at what we can do for the environment as well as a Community pillar which gets employees involved in things such as the school backpack appeal and Ozharvest. I was involved in the group during 2020 and worked with the team to transition employee engagement events online to lunch and learn style sessions to help people feel more connected to the broader business while remote working.

I think Boeing could do more to commit to lower carbon emissions and bigger sustainability roles.

Boeing always stays accountable and has included that in their "Boeing values". I follow the values everyday in my work.

Big sustainability milestones as per their 2021 sustainability report - community engagement, net-zero emissions at worksites and manufacturing in the US etc.

REACH program, other working groups (veterans, women, etc) to promote and foster inclusive environment. Webinars, socials, events organized in line with special celebration Days (eg. International Women's day).

The company has a reconciliation action plan which is the biggest CSR initiative that the company has and this seems to be a fairly successful program.
