They do have an employee engagement group that includes a 'Green team' looking at what we can do for the environment as well as a Community pillar which gets employees involved in things such as the school backpack appeal and Ozharvest. I was involved in the group during 2020 and worked with the team to transition employee engagement events online to lunch and learn style sessions to help people feel more connected to the broader business while remote working.
