The Apprenticeship Training Trust (ATT) story

The Apprenticeship Training Trust (ATT) provides managed apprenticeships matching employers with apprentices in the plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying and electrical industries.

ATT's role in trade training is to recruit, employ and place apprentices with 'host' businesses that provide practical training to help shape their skills and prepare them for future employment or leadership of a trade business. ATT also provides each apprentice with mentoring, health and safety training courses, payroll and HR administrative support. This allows the host business to focus fully on the apprentice's development and benefit fully from their support.

Established in 1991, ATT has over 300 apprentices working throughout New Zealand and operates from four locations – Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. We are a national business.

ATT (Apprenticeship Training Trust) is an independent, registered charitable trust.

Advice

Electrical Apprentice by ATT

I believe that an electrical apprenticeship is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys being hands-on, getting their hands dirty every day, and having the opportunity to work all over Auckland and travel.
