The showcase in the afternoon goes great, with the demo working fine, and the audience was super impressed by the speed in which your team has been building features. You also got some great feedback which will help with the next iteration of your project.

It’s Monday morning, and you cruise into work at 8 AM in comfy jeans, new sneakers, and give your co-worker’s dog a pat on the way to your desk. You open your calendar to check what’s on for the day whilst taking a sip of your soy latte that you grabbed from your cool cafe across from work.

You make an audible sigh of relief when you see that you have a showcase in the afternoon, and you can get some meaty work done today. You open up Slack and Github, checking over a few pull requests you opened the previous day. You love getting into work early because it gives you an extra hour to get a head start on the day. (Beating the 5pm rush hour for leaving work also doesn’t hurt.)

The next few hours’ fly by as you code away using your favourite code editor, Visual Studio Code, on your MacBook Pro. Lunch comes around quickly and you join a few of your teammates for lunch in the kitchen. The showcase in the afternoon goes great, with the demo working fine, and the audience was super impressed by the speed in which your team has been building features. You also got some great feedback which will help with the next iteration of your project.

Another great day on the Technology Graduate Program.
