Very flexible I work 3 days WFH and 2 days in the office.

They are very flexible about work hours, and are also good and making sure you don't over work yourself.

my company is very flexible. though, the more senior the team member the more pressure there is to work beyond set hours due to workload

Very flexible. Most people work 4 days at home, and 1 in the office. I generally do 3 in the office, and 2 at home.

I have a very flexible work schedule. I have the option to work from home and entitled to different leaves.

This varies widely but my current area has quite strict requirements to spend time in the office. However, most parts of the ACTPS are very flexible and let staff do what works best for them.

The flexibility is good. Sometimes I spend less or longer in the office. This varies naturally and as required. No one expects me to stay behind but if I do, I can use that later on with flex. So it's a great culture. It's not that I'm rewarded for staying back, but it's not a bad thing if I do nor is it a really good thing, it's just a decision I can make.

My hours have been fairly flexible in that I can work anytime between 7 am and 7 pm as long as I work my 7 hrs. 21 minutes.

We are required to come in to the office 2 days a week. I think this is a good amount of time to spend in the office.

ACT Government is largely flexible when it comes to hours. There will be times when it is mandatory to work at certain times in order to attend meetings etc., but for the most part, managers are happy for you to work the hours that suit you, provided you still get all your work done.

There's a set number you need to work, but the start / end times are really flexible. My team are pretty scattered, I'd love more time with us all together in one space.

Flexibility was great, although I feel a great deal is lost in collaboration and networking without office days. For a graduate it can be very isolating. I had occasions where I only met team members online. If I were to walk past them, I would not recognise them to say hello. The benefits of flexibility are numerous, and it is very valuable, although I feel more has to be done to offset the negative aspects of work from home and changes in hours. This is especially the case for graduates, and I would suggest new employees to the ACT Public Service.
